How We Work

Revesis has evolved a structured 100 day plan to deliver significant turnaround, regardless of underlying issues. Whilst our recovery processes run concurrently, the staged focus on results from each phase provides transparency and certainty for clients and stakeholders. 

Each assignment is led by a senior consultant from Revesis typically operating on behalf of the project’s executive team.

Our senior consultant works with the existing project team, augmented as required by skilled staff engaged by Revesis.

Revesis also draws support from it’s extensive network of affiliates in specialist areas, as required, such as:

  • design management & engineering delivery

  • schedule optimisation and risk analysis

  • project controls

  • contract and commercial management

  • strategic consulting

  • claims analysis and resolution

It’s not always possible to totally recover original projections, but we are almost always able to improve value capture.

Our suite of recovery processes, and the underlying tools, have been adapted as a powerful means to predict and manage risk in complex program delivery facilitating our move towards prevention rather than cure.
